"The room was not very clean,the toilet and tub was not properly cleaned well the sheets didn't look too clean and there's no code for the WiFi in the room "

"The bed wasn’t very comfortable but that was the only complaint. The check in & out process went quickly & easily. My son told me that the pool was cold but it’s February so, to me, that’s to be expected. "

"As a disabled person, there were no restaurants within comfortable walking distance. We had to do Door Dash and the delivery person couldn’t bring the food to my door due to hotel policy so my food and drinks were left downstairs that I had to go and retrieve it. I wish I would have caught that when I made my reservation. This is the only issue I had with this trip which was for medical testing at LCMC. "
