"Convenient and cheaper alternative to Lake Placid. The 2-bedroom suite (Room 18) worked great for 2 fathers/sons. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, especially being on the non-road side of the building. Great shower! Would stay there again. "

"Perfect place to explore Lake Placid and or ski at Whiteface. Rooms were beautiful and the beds were amazing. Only tough thing is parking around the building but we were always able to get a spot and with the space available it is the best it can get. We will definitely be returning here on future trips. "

"Our family stayed here on a ski trip to Whiteface. The hotel is across the street from the mountain and is a great base camp, especially when you’re skiing with kids and have a lot to prep/do to get ready! We were here during a very large snow storm and the driveway was plowed and accessible even with the constant snow dumping! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice base camp away and will spending most of your time outdoors. Beautiful view of the mountain! "
