"The place was larger than expected A special touch of small snacks and fruit was supplied Which I only realized the fruit was real on the last few days of the stay. Great communication with the host Ac was fine , would had liked a bit cooler but I did not want to adjust the controller Internet/Wi-Fi worked sporadically would be the only down fall All in all, I would definitely stay here again if available"

"Everything was nice and clean, we stayed in room 404 the only thing was the dryer stopped working and I was trying to get my clothes done before I left. Safe place and close to the ocean and places to eat!"

"This hotel is in a great location. It’s walking distance to Zocalo,Portales and malecón. The Bell boy Rafael was very attentive and gave us great information on Veracruz. Will definitely stay here again."
