"Like the fact that there was always a guard at the door making sure random people didnt enter the hotel. Didnt give enough options to get cash from atm. Atm was down 3/7 days i stayed and was not compatible with my visa card."

"Genuinely loved the hotel and the location. It is directly in front of the main central plaza Zocalo. The rooms are a bit outdated but it’s fine because it is literally a 200 year old hotel. The staff is very accommodating and kind. The lobby is always air conditioned and clean. The cleaning staff is quick and restock everything welll. It is definitely a go back hotel. "

"Loved that we had access to the beach. The pool needs a little cleaning. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so it took like 45min for it to get cleaned. Felt like they were in a rush and left some dirty soap and used water bottles behind. So that made me feel like it wasn't disinfected properly. We had ocean view room but the windows are pretty dirty as well. But overall we still give it a 5 🌟. "
