"Excellent location, in the heart of Barra, very close to the beach. Located in a quiet street, not too much traffic noise. We stayed the week before Carnaval, and street party noise was acceptable. The building is very secure, 24hr security. Manager is very helpful. Rooms are clean, Air Conditioning is excellent. The kitchen has a fridge and microwave which are useful. "Genuinely one of the most jarring stays I’ve ever had to date. Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. "Stayed here for Carnaval. Pros: Staff was nice Some of the front desk personnel speak English or Spanish Room was clean There is a spa with sauna, steam room and shower Cons: Rooms don’t have a microwave No luggage rack inside the room No drawers to put your clothes away Staff only permits guests with small children to use their microwave There was only one woman making tapiocas and omelets so the wait was long. They didn’t have black pepper anywhere in the dining area. The fruit was fresh but breakfast overall was just okay. I would recommend fiesta Bahia and stay here again"
