"Gerardo is a great host! I felt at home during my stay here. The property is close to Pelourinho, in a residential area, which is quiet and parking was easy to find. The breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended if you want somewhere walking distance to the old town."

"Fiquei no quarto compartilhado com 8 mulheres, havia apenas um banheiro para as 8 Mulheres, infelizmente não dava para ter noção de que haviam feito a limpeza diária, tanto que após 3 diárias solicitei limpeza no banheiro pensando que não tinham feito, pois além de ser pequeno, estava com algum vazamento (box ou na vaso sanitário), que deixava mais sujo e inútil a limpeza diária. Hostel é novo e ainda está ocorrendo alguns reparos estruturais, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência. Piscina...

"O quarto da foto não condiz com a realidade. Selecionei um quarto suite com janela para frente do hostel. Chegando la o quarto de frente não era suíte, o quarto suíte o qual paguei, na verdade era nos fundos do hostel, com uma visão não muito privilegiada."

"Le personnel est Très gentils même si c'était difficile de communiqué ne parlant pas portugais mais ils essaye. Après pour la chambre petite pas de porte ou rideaux pour cacher la salle de bain les toilettes qui donner direct sur le lit donc pas très pratique après les autres chambres avez l'air plus grande. Un tous petit peu excentré mais à 30seconde à pieds du métro et des bus"

"Hostel is in an amazing location, however, they had a few issues when we were there (no electric and bed sheets). However, the staff made up for the issues and owner was great. Kitchen could do with a better hob."

"É imundo. Tem 15 camas no quarto e não 12. Muitas camas de difícil acesso. O quarto e o banheiro estavam imundos. Não tinha tirado nem a roupa de cama da hóspede anterior. Ao contrário do que diz, não tem café da manhã. Acredito que tenha mudado de dono, sei lá. É mesmo um muquifo. Há outros albergues no rio vermelho, excelentes!"

"Due to a glitch with booking, we got given a better room at a cheaper price. We were able to occupy, what appeared to be, a 4 bedded dorm with our own private, extremely spacious bathroom for just the 2 of us, for 4 nights. The hostel is well located in an area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Only 15-20 minutes bus ride to Barra for the beach and a further 10 minutes to get to old town. "The hostel is a few steps from the beach and the buess to pelourinho, airport & bus station are just in front. Michael is very helpfull, take note of every tip that he gives you, I told him my trip plans and he help me to organize to save time and money!. The people working there are very kind and even if sometimes the dont understand some things they do everything they can to help and understand, and in the worst case they call Michael. The view from the terrace is amazing!"
