"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"The location couldn’t be any better! It’s right outside of Genova Piazza Principe train station which makes it very convenient to travel from one city to the other by train while we were on vacation. It’s also within walking distance to the tourist attractions. The hotel lounge is beautifully decorated in Christmas theme and the hotel is full of old world charm but very clean and updated at the same time. I definitely will stay here again if I come back to Genova for a visit. "

"This is the worst area to stay in. Absolutely unsafe. And the amenities offered by the property are incorrect, there are no laundry facilities unless you would like to walk down the street and be accosted to buy drugs on your way. Private bathrooms are outside the room which is inconvenient, and streets are awful, noisy and unsafe.
