"We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. The next day they did their best to close up the broken window of our car all by their own volition. The hotel, food and service plus incredible view...

"I have elected to give this property full marks just to balance out some of the negative reviews that I felt were overly harsh. Some of the comments did inspire a lot of scepticism, but I took a chance on account of the great daily rate and didn’t regret it. My family decided to cross over to the Italy side and had a great time here. It’s not Nice or Cannes, it’s just a very low key place to decompress with the kids. "The hotel is comfortable, with modern rooms, a nice breakfast, a small bar, and a rudimentary roof-top sitting area. Service was fantastic; we got lots of help finding things like wine tasting. Parking was available on site."

"Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. Water to the town / hotel was off between 8 PM and 9 AM one night. Bad timing for us I guess - but it's a beautiful spot with...
