"I was very impressed with the quality of service at this hotel. Badir, Ahmet and Mussab were great and I enjoyed staying there before of them. The only negative was that I was on the 4th floor but I got used to the travel up and down the stairs haha "

"Friendly staff , accommodating too. The area was close to shops and food that accept either cash and/or card. About 12-15 mins walk from a Baha’i holy place. Just one comment at about 2100 noticed that room may smell smoke (2 evenings) hmm "

"Beautiful hotel with great spa, gym and swimming pool. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. And the location is excellent! Within walking distance of everything you want to see and visit in Istanbul. We loved our stay and will be going back again. Highly recommend for families with children. "

"The only problem was the sound proofing. I could hear the room across the corridor playing music and we both had our doors closed. Its a nice little hotel. Good breakfast. My room was very small. No chair in the room to sit. You could only watch tv in bed and 1/4 of the tv was hidden behind to wardrobe. There was no view from the window. All you could see was rubbish on the ground outside. What a shame. Lots of cheap shops snd eats around the hotel. Nearest metro Yenikapi. About a 10 min walk."
