"Emek Hotel allowed us to check in at 9:00 am which is amazing. My kids were awake every morning by 3:30 so we naturally had breakfast by 4:30 am and headed to the mosque for prayer. The location is ideal and close to many things, Hagia Sofia and Sultan Ahmet are a 13 minute walk, Yeni Dzamija is a 15 minute walk, a boat ride of the phosphorus is 13 minute walk, etc. In terms of the hotel, they have the cutest elevator. "I usually do not give negative reviews, but I have made this an exception. There is no hotel called Buhara. The address given in the booking will take you near a shop called Buhara. Once you talk to the shop owner he will call someone who will take you to a decrepit building with no escalator. Once you carry your luggage to second or thid level through the stairs, you will be greeted by a room which is no way related to the published photos. It's a scam!"
