My kids still swam regardless of the weather. The pool and spa was a big winner. The Chophouse grill was stand out. We will definitely be back there again. "

"We arrived early and the very friendly receptionist allowed us to check in. Our room was on level 5 facing the harbor, it was interesting watching the ships enter Newcastle Port. There is car parking under the building with an overflow outdoor section. Our only issue was a very small room fridge without a freezer. The bar staff gave us ice when we asked for it. All of the hotel staff were polite and professional. "

"Given that it was pouring rain & very windy for three-quarters of the time we stayed, the staff did very well to keep the hotel running as smoothly as they did. Thank to the cleaners & all the staff."

"Initially I read the reviews after booking and was regretting my choice, however once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, This is a lovely place to stay and the food is good too. The thing that makes this place is the staff, every single staff member I spoke to was helpful and friendly even going above what one would reasonably expect.
