"I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend."

"Its not perfect of course, but me and my friends really enjoyed it. Its close to the beach which we loved, alot of good food place close by. The house itself was decent. It was a beautiful home with a big backyard and nice size family room, but i will say bring your own pillows and blankets because they definitely didnt clean the ones they already had on the beds and the pillows were very thin like worn out. Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back."

Every space was well-furnished, thoughtfully designed, and so clean. We’ve paid much more for rentals in the Hamptons and never experienced anything that compares to this. "Chris' house is an amazing gem. It is beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked with everything that you could want/need e.g., coffee, laundry, kitchen basics, firepit stuff. All the amenities (e.g., kayaks, jacuzzi, firepit) are awesome. I kayaked every morning, which was a zen experience. It'a perfect setup for a family of 6 like mine... a parents room, a boys room, and a girls room. We all love it here and would stay here on every vacation if we could."
