Located at the center of all dinings, transportations and shopping options. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Stayed at the Conrad Seoul before this hotel but Sheraton hotel had a much better breakfast option. Strongly recommend to friends.

As I had previously messaged the hotel to inform them about my dietary special needs, i was surprised to see the same gluten free banana loaf for the 4 days of breakfast. When enquired they said that is how they work. They do not do anything extra..it is just that until it finishes. Surprising for a hotel of such to say so. They don't seem to have any tourist orientated services other than helping to call for taxis. Not very customer oriented in my opinion.

A Solid Experience!
