The hotel is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Rathaus Christmas Market. It does have a grand feel, is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, I highly recommend it!

Very well maintained property and provided us with a comfortable stay. We stayed at this hotel when visiting Vienna to attend their many Christmas markets. The hotel is less than 5 mins walking from Vienna’s main Christmas market in from of their parliament building, making it very convenient. It’s also walkable to many other markets although taking public transport may be easier for some that don’t want to walk far distances. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were also welcoming and helpful.

Recently had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Rathauspark Wien. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. Room was ready early upon arrival; it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great location within the Inner Stadt neighborhood, walkable to all the major sights, shops, and dining. Would recommend!
