"Perfect location, overlooking Main St. where all the shopping/restaurants are. Also walking distance to Bon Secours arena where we saw a show. Place was very clean, kitchen well appointed with every thing & spice you could need, comfy beds, and extras of everything provided (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, towels, etc.). Appreciated the minimal but charming decor, and the updated bathrooms & kitchen. Also appreciated that ear plugs were provided as we needed them on Friday night. Please note...

"This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great."

"First of all, Erick was extremely accommodating and very responsive. He was easy to communicate with and we absolutely loved his place! We stayed there for a month and it felt like home. Located a little over five minutes from downtown and had everything that we needed. Will stay there again!"
