"We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The apartment is in an old mill and they have completely renovated it. Super cool place to stay, much better than staying in a hotel. Husband and I were here for work but staying here was a nice getaway and we were able to pretend we were a young, hip couple. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy but we felt very safe in and around the building."

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"There are three condos in this little building, and we were right in the middle. Our”neighbors” on both sides were friendly and even the maintenance man was cordial. We didn’t mind a bit, but if you are looking for private, there were a lot of people coming and going, so consider that. The location is superb, just a five-minute drive from all things downtown.
