"Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. Place was very clean, kitchen well appointed with every thing & spice you could need, comfy beds, and extras of everything provided (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, towels, etc.). Our favorite part was the outside porch and water view. They love pets but no receptacles for disposal except large trash bin at back of property. We felt the property was overpriced for condition. As well after we paid we started receiving all kinds of emails about how we would be charged for noise, for non cleaning and other things....
