Always our “go to” place to stay when the dog is with us in Greenville. There was one huge problem this stay. One of the two - only two - elevators was not working the entire time. The wait was very long since the houskeeeping staff also had to use the one working elevator.

We stayed on Dec. 14. The bar was closed due to a private party. We had a great time I find it ridiculous that paying customers staying at Aloft could not access the bar. Disappointing.

Our favorite place to stay while visiting Greenville SC. The redo of all the interiors - rooms, hallways, and lobby/bar is fabulous. And they remain the most dog friendly place we ever stay! I do have one negative. And it’s happened before. During the holidays the attached garage is open to all, free parking. However the hotel insists on charging guests for parking anyway. It doesn’t make sense, isn’t logical.
