"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"We were in town with friends for an event in downtown Greenville. This location was great! The apartment was really cute, very clean, and had all of the required amenities. Communication with owner was great too. He was very quick to respond. The walk to downtown through the West End enabled us to experience a fun part of Greenville that we had not seen in the past. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next visit to Greenville. "

"This charming studio apartment is in a convenient location. It is very clean and well kept. Plenty of lighting, extra bedding and pillows. There were some extra essentials if you needed them. The communication with the owners was great and they are very friendly. Everything was top notch. I highly recommend this place. The location is amazing and the stay was excellent! "

"We loved the modern, urban esthetics of the apartment. It was very clean and easy to access the apartment building and apartment itself. We loved how close it was to everything downtown. I do wish the Keurig coffee maker would’ve worked, but that wasn’t a big deal! The only thing that was slightly challenging is when we ordered Ubers to pick us up, it wouldn’t allow us to select the loft apartments. It would select The Foundry, which is a completely different building & area. We truly enjoyed...

"The property is a new 2br 2bath loft. Host was very communicative. It’s an easy drive to downtown Greenville. Everything was sparkling clean, This is a loft so the bedrooms have very high ceilings with some opening to the rest of the unit. Visually the bedrooms are very private but you can hear what’s going on so if you have an early riser and a late sleeper and you need to use both bedrooms plan accordingly:) we didn’t use any of the buildings amenities during our short stay but it seems to...
