"Loved the vintage charm of the house. Very comfortable and has everything you will need for some time away from home. Great neighborhood… walkable to downtown, neat restaurants, and parks. We had an easy walk to see a concert at the Bon Secoeurs Center. Close to the highway to get in and out of town. Michael provided us with very detailed and user friendly check in and out instructions and also sent wonderful restaurant recommendations in the area. Had a lovely trip and would recommend this...

"My husband and I went away for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Monica has done a wonderful job making the space not only lovely to look at but also very comfortable and relaxing. Although there isn't an oven, there are plenty of appliances to make simple food and coffee/tea. She was great at reaching out to answer any questions or help if needed. We had the best weather, the trees were so colorful and we enjoyed hiking and exploring the area. "

"This was the perfect little spot downtown, within walking distance of shopping and eating. The updated apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay! You will have a little walk from your parking spot and up tbe stairs but that is noted and not bad at all. Having a designated spot is a plus! "Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"My husband and I found the accommodations lived up to the photos. The property was cute, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Yet it was a short stroll to the heart of downtown and the Reedy River Swamp Rabbit Trail. Plenty of great restaurants, parks, art galleries and if you’re into baseball, Fluor Field is only a 10 min walk away. Will definitely revisit this property if we come to Greenville again. Johanna W"

"We had three families stay in this home and it was fantastic! The house is gorgeous and well appointed and maintained. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. Easy drive to Greenville and about an hour from the mountains. Neighborhood is cute! We went on morning walks before breakfast and our day. Walmart is close as are several places to eat. Beth was great at helping us with anything we needed! Great memories made for this family!! Thank you!"
