"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"Meghan was very helpful and even let us check in early. We had a few questions and she answered them promptly. This property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the 6 of us. The kitchen was stocked for anything you could possibly need. The decor is modern and I’m actually inspired to copy a few of the ideas. House was also decorated for Christmas which was a wonderful surprise for the kids.
