"Wonderful 2 night stay at the coach house in the tack room. The host David was extremely helpful especially when I got lost en route really appreciated his help. The room itself is immaculately clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a getaway. Such a welcome arrival with a pot of tea, fresh milk and cake. "We had a wonderful stay at the Old Priory. The room is so spacious and luxurious. Robin is such a kind, knowledgeable host. He so looked after us. I loved a delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The Old Priory is two minutes walk from Kelso's Main Square. The house has a beautiful back garden "

"A very relaxing stay, great location which was very peaceful. Lots of extras including robes & slippers for the hot tub. Despite ground frost on our 2nd night the Shepard’s hut was very warm and cosy ! Excellent night time skies as near to zero light pollution ! "

"Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you. Definitely wouldn't recommend."

"Comfortable B&B with pleasant decor throughout. Host was very kind and catered for my gluten free requirements at breakfast. The King room was lovely but watch for the beams if you are tall. And the bathroom, though private, was one floor down and not lockable from the outside so anyone could also use it. But robes were provided for privacy and the bathroom was large and very clean. "

"Robert is a kind, fun and consummate host and we enjoyed a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved the cake and tea when we arrived. We had excellent cooked breakfasts with homemade soda bread on china and silver, crystal and linen. Room had everything we could need for our stay. We even cheekily ordered a last minute celebration cake! Can’t recommend highly enough. Mark and I look forward to our next stay. "
