"The apartment is charming, atop the watchtower in a restored mill, & the main living-room/kitchen is lovely, with sloping ceilings, dormer windows & huge fridge & plenty of seating. "Flat is comfy, clean and well equipped. Wonderful view of the sea from the balcony and 2 minutes to the beach where you can walk all the way to Bamburgh at low tide. Just a few minutes to all the amenities of seahouses but the location itself is quiet and peaceful."

"This property has been obviously set up for rentals w/o anybody trying to live there. For example, the light in the bathroom is super bright and motion activated -- imagine going there at night... and the sensor doesn't "see" the shower, so the light goes off just as you've shampooed your head. The kitchen isn't equipped for cooking (no functional knives, only one pan and a huge one at that, some drawers cannot open because they run into handles of others, no dish soap provided and exactly one...

Super walks from the house and only 25 minutes from very sandy Alnmouth beach. Our dog loved it all and we, as well as him, were made to feel very welcome by the owner in our communication. "
