"My cousin and I wanted to visit Harrogate and York as we had heard how lovely they were. The. Apartment was in a great location. The only issue we had was opening the key box when we arrived. Once we were told to use a key to push the button down instead of my finger the box opened. After that everything was plain sailing. We had a lovely weekend"

I tried to contact the owners of the property for over a week regarding the parking situation (The road outside the property is permit only but was eventually told it is free at weekends). When someone eventually picked up I got told to send a message and someone would reply to me straight away, this took a further 2 days and more messages before getting a response. I was then over charged and payments were taken out of my bank a week...

"The appartment was fantastic. although sleeps 14 we were a group of 7 so we could spread out across the bedrooms. The open kitchen/living room was great for socialising and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There was a little wear and tear in the games room but to be expected. The location was in the grounds of an old school between Hyde Park and Headingly which is only a short taxi ride or bus ride into the city centre. "
