"Overall pretty good. There was one bed, and two tiny pads that made up a bunk bed in the hallway. The top one was impossible to get to, though. The couch is a recliner, not a sleeper, however when fully reclined it was really comfy. As it was winter time, it was really cold in the hallway that had the bunks, so we opted to sleep on the couch. Overall, it did the job."

"The condo has a very convenient location if you plan to visit Sugar Mountain resort. You're located right next to the top of the "Oma's Meadow" trail so it's only a short walk away. "The property owner double-booked and texted me two days before my stay and said, "Sorry, this was already booked for your dates." However, VRBO had already taken my money and now it is a week later and I have still not been reimbursed.Not only did it leave me and my out-of-town guests in a lurch two days before NYE, but we are also having to fight to get our money refunded with no help or communication from the owner.I DO NOT recommend this property!!!!"

"We arrived during bad weather so the check in process was a little hectic. We had to park at a lower level lot and be shuttled up to the resort after you unload your luggage. The shuttle service was slow due to the bad weather. But overall the stay was fantastic and the shuttle service was a lot faster the next day."

"Cozy condo perfect for a ski getaway. Great communication with the owner. Very clean property and had all the cooking utensils we needed to make our meals. Beds were comfortable and each room had its own personal wall heater that could be adjusted and worked very well. The kids love the pool hot tub and rec room! Only a 5-minute drive to the slopes!"
