Wonderful place to stay!
A perfect mountain getaway place to stay. All of the 5 star comforts provided with the cosey feeling of home. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again.

My wife and I booked this because it was so close to Grandfather Mountain and I had heard great things about the area. Ric communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Very welcoming and cozy living area with everything you could need for a family getaway. Would definitely book again.

Nothing negative to say about the place. They even provided Charmin toilet paper. Very well decorated and everything we needed for a great vacation was included. Ric did a great job with communication and provided a lot of great suggestions to make our trip memorable.

We could not have been happier with this property. The location is epic. The water flowing is so soothing and the host went out of his way to message me and make sure we had everything we needed. My family will definitely make this our spot.

This place is great!! The host is incredibly considerate, helpful and available! The condo itself was so nice and was just as listed. The pool and hot tub at the rec center were a bit outdated, but the kids had fun. Right down the road from the slopes. Thanks for a lovely time!

Great Stay at Beech Mountain
We really enjoyed our stay in Beech Mountain. The property was clean, well decorated, and in a great location. The pool was enjoyable for the kids! We even got to see a mama bear and four cubs cross right through the parking lot. Communication with the owner was FANTASTIC!! Thanks for a great stay.

Thanksgiving weekend family trip
Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house, the cleanliness and attention to detail made the stay very comfortable. The recreation area within walking distance was perfect for a rainy day. The host gave excellent recommendations, and the area was a perfect mix of outdoor activities and things to do without being overly touristy. We will definately be coming back!

Excellent weekend
My family came up for the Woolly Worm festival. We only were able to stay for two nights but my kids have already asked to book this condo again. The condo was super cute and clean on the inside. My kids loved the bunk room and we were impressed with the small details like a pull down desk (my oldest actually had homework) and sound machine. There was plenty of room for our family of five and next time we will bring grandparents too! Ric was very personable, fast to communicate and gave us excellent food and hiking advice. We loved his recommendations of the Lower Pond Creek Trail, Brick Oven Pizzaria with mini golf and breakfast at Fred’s. Really a great stay if you want to see Beech Mountain, Banner Elk, Linville or Grandfather Mountain. We definitely hope to stay here again for a longer trip.

Wonderful stay!!
Excellent property! Close to everything on Beech- Perry Park and several trails and pond are less than a mile away. Great communication from the owner. Key code was programmed with our phone number. Super comfy beds, good showerheads, did 3 loads of laundry. Really appreciated the extras- plenty of towels, enough coffee pods for entire stay, liquid soap in all bathrooms and kitchen sink. Enjoyed playing ping pong in the gameroom multiple times and used the fire pit. The only thing I overlooked was that there is no master bath but that was ok. Nice fireplace and it was a great place to relax after fun filled days. Highly recommend and can’t wait to get back!
