"Loved the 60s style home. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The rugs appeared stained but I’m sure it’s hard to keep lighter rugs clean with various guests tracking in. We didn’t really use the kitchen but everything we needed was provided. Great place to stay before a cruise."

"Cute little 4 plex with backyard activities bar area. Very comfortable and walkable distance to the beach. Backyard is not directly on the beach but only about a block and a half away."

"Overall, it is good, but I would like to see them clean out the garage if it is a rental unit. Also, the description says you can see the Coco Beach pier, and you can, but it is a long way off in the distance. House is nice, with large rooms. No problems with the house and it was well stocked. Neighborhood needs work. "

"House was great for our multi-generational family. Easy check-in and house was very clean. There are several stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. We liked the different levels. Only issue we has was pool was not clean. Full of debris and algae on the walls. The property manager responded it was cleaned the day before but it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pool cleaners came in middle of week and left an open bottle of chemicals sitting next to pool. I think they need a...

"We had a lovey stay! Booked the trip to dip a day at the space center and a day at the beach! Easy to access both. The main drag that you have to cross to get to the beach is a little dangerous, especially if you have little ones. But there’s public parking right at the beach access and there’s also a crosswalk not too far from the house. The house is very clean and all the things we needed to cook. All in all a great stay."

"Property was so welcoming with basket with wine, fruit and other goodies. A great place to enjoy the ocean views and all of the super restaurants and much more local area has to offer!!(The written description says the dining table seats 6, with cushioned chairs- not correct. The photo is correct, it’s a round table, 4 chairs w/o cushions. Write up when we booked it,appeared there was a hot tub. That was recently corrected, as no hot tub)"

"This house is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions. It easily accommodated the six of us with room to spare. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, there is a ping pong table in the garage as well as kayaks and bikes. The layout of the house provided opportunities to be with others or to have some privacy. The hostess was a gem -- everything went very smoothly."

"Beautiful home with lots of space, great decor and updated kitchen with everything needed, beautiful floors and updated baths. Beds were super comfortable. Super quick walk to the beach (4 minutes) and close to everything in Melbourne Beach. Michael was very responsive. Loved staying here for our annual FL vacation! Thank you!"

"It’s not a beach house. It’s a drive to the beach. We drove there and we got tickets for parking in an empty parking lot. "

"This property was perfect for our family.6 adults and 2 kids. Great location too. About a 1/2 block walk to beach. Beach chair, towels, and play things provided. The pool was wonderful too. My 12 year old grandson was in it all the time. There is plenty of lounge space around the pool too.Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"First of all,Cathy, the property manager, was excellent. She always answered questions quickly. The property is terrific. It is so close to the beach and the Cocoa Beach pier where we really enjoyed watching the surfers. The property was clean and easily accommodated our family of 11 ages from 66 to 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and pool floats. This trip at Christmas time, yes, Santa found us, was perfect and will provide wonderful family...

"The place was nice, but cleanliness could have been better. The shower had hairs in it, and the handle wouldn’t stay at a consistent temperature—it was either scorching hot or freezing cold. The back door didn’t open or close properly, and the floors were covered in sand. That said, it was still a solid spot for a quick trip!"

"Good and clean but a little dated. Only negative was couch very uncomfortable due to age and needs replacing. Other than that would recommend it and eould stay there again."

Great Location & Views at Best Western Cocoa Beach

"The room we had was perfect for our stay and had the most incredible ocean view! With beach access and walking distance to the pier, we were close to loads of restaurants & nightclubs, this is conveniently located to lots of attractions and other fun things to do. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was good and considering that spring training and spring break were happening while we were there they had everything well stocked and clean! Our room was comfortable and it was honestly great complete with a balcony to take in a cup of coffee while watching the gorgeous sunrise. If there's one thing, we prefer the regular pillows instead of the square ones! But we will be back and look forward to returning!"

"Location was central as we were looking to see the shuttle launches (2 during our stay!), only sadly heavy fog made the experience less than hoped. Great sushi restaurant on site, and wonderful commentary breakfast too!"

"This hotel is a gem! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! The staff were all fantastic & friendly. We got the option with included breakfast which was great. The beach was so nice, but we had to pay extra for beach loungers which I did not see mentioned in the description, but we were happy to pay ($40 for the day). Great live my sickened by the pool which was nice to hear on the beach. The room was clean/spacious. Be sure to check out the church thrift shop across the street! "
