"There's only one negative aspect I had with my stay, it was lacking in lighting. A lamp next to the bed would have nice. Nothing to do with the accommodations, the salt air is saturated so every morning, I had to wash them before starting my day. Overall, a nice get away "

"The location is SO QUIET AND CLEAN! The ONLY thing we could hear was the ebb and flow of the ocean. There were a few units, but we didn't hear a voice or TV, no sounds from neighbors, just "hello" in the morning when we'd pass outside. We felt like we were the only people there. I took a bath in the body-size tub every night before bed and a shower in the morning to start the day, and I will attest to the good pressure and unlimited supply of warm water. The host, Christy, is a responsive Angel....

Kitchen adequately supplied, no oven but microwave, refrigerator and 2-burner stovetop. The location just north of Sebastian Inlet State Park is in a relatively undeveloped part of the coast, which is rare now in Florida. The adjacent beach was uncrowded and very pretty. "

"We were looking for place to unplug and relax. That is exactly what we got. The location is beautiful. Private. Our room was perfect for two, we had a last minute add on so we brought an air mattress with us. Plenty of room for that. We stayed in the twin fin and we loved it. We would love to come back. Needed this reset before the new year and going back to work. The locals were very friendly and nice places to eat. "

It was awesome that there were kayaks and paddleboards, but other guests didn't seem to respect the property by putting everything back on the racks. "The property was wonderful and perfectly located. We were able to kayak in the river and then go play in the ocean. The beds were comfortable which is always appreciated at the end of a long day of playing. I hope we will be back again. The advice: if you are use to most condo stays, you will be expecting a washer and dryer in the room. There were only enough towels for 2 days. It's no big deal to throw a load of towels in before you leave if the washer and dryer are in the room, but it takes...
