"This condo is as pictured and in a convenient location across from the lovely infinity pool and bbq area. Nice view of the golf course. Short drive to ABay and walking distance to Kings shops. Communication could have been better with owner before arrival who seemed unaware of contents of the unit such as whether or not it had a blender, cotton sheets, etc. housekeepers showed up before checkout time because owner failed to communicate with them."

"I booked a seven-bedroom and only got a four-bedroom; the staff and the VRRO host took over half our trip to get things corrected, so I only got suitable accommodations for two nights of my five-night stay. Then, for the days I had to stay in the four, i never got reimbursed for thier mix up so two of the guest had to sleep in uncomfortable situation. They refused to give me a refund of the difference in price for the 4 verus the 7."

"Accommodation consists of individual rooms to let in the host's own house and you share (part of) the kitchen and other shared areas including swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining areas etc. She is lovely and sociable although doesn't speak much English (apparently her partner who does speak English normally lives there but wasn't there when we visited). It's not really walkable from town or any other facilities, so unless you intend to spend your time relaxing on-site, it would suit...

"This is a beautiful house with a very large master suite upstairs. The three bedrooms downstairs were decent sized, two of which used the hall bathroom, the other had a private bathroom. "My family and I had a great stay here. The location was great and the house and pool were clean. The security was also fantastic. My only concerns were that there were not as many beds as advertised. One of the rooms only had a twin bed so my sister ended up sleeping on the couch. Also, the man who takes out the trash and cleans the pool comes and goes in the morning without much regard for anyone. He is very nice though. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back."

"Nitin is a great host. Missed connecting flight to puerta plata, Nitin not only helped my group find a connecting flight to Santiago, but also ensured we had transportation to the villa from the airport. The villa is as advertised and more. Villa was clean and short distance walk to beach and other entertainment. The neighborhood is safe with 24 hour security.During our stay Nitin stayed in contact and made sure everything was ok. Would definitely suggest this villa if traveling."
