"The house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is big and the bedrooms are a good size too. The location is excellent and you have a really nice view of the volcano. Communication with the host is very good. The house is clean and well illuminated. Garage opener is a plus.The only improvement: All bedrooms have AC but not the kitchen/living room area.. and AC is needed throughout the entire house."

"The property was located in a decent area. I had a problem with the location address, but was able to get this resolved through VRBO customer support. The host apologized for the lack of updated info that didn't show up on my end.The bedrooms didn't have closets available; would have liked to hang my clothes on hangers. A portable rolling stand would have been nice.The office chair in the front room could use updating.I felt the floors could have been swept better.There appears to be an issue...

"We have traveled to many parts of Central America, and this was one of our favorite trips. High points for us: the beach front location of the unit, ease of interaction with friendly staff who remain on property, the ability to park our vehicle within the gated property, on-site pool, ease of access to the airport. "I asked the host questions before check-in, but they never answered. After check-in, I sent them another message stating that due to the lack (or no communication), I would not be showing up for my reservation and to cancel or to minimize my days to the minimum (from 6 nights), and nothing happened."

"The home is a two story with no safety guards for children…please be fully aware not all details are on the listing. All rooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does not have a fan. "It is a very beautiful place to stay with family and friends. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. A cozy and very clean place with a view of the sea. I was able to see a beautiful sunset and a beautiful sunrise."

"It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. "

"Property manager did not return my $20 damage deposit even though there was no damage. He tried to over charge for transportation to airport and tried to charge for un specified “consumables”. Be very cautious! "
