The hotel is in a great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, a nice mall across the street and it feels safe and peaceful at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent and the gym is top notch for a hotel.

We really enjoyed the breakfasts, the pool, and the jacuzzi. As far as the room, the shower has excellent water pressure. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good for San Salvador

We had such a good time spending Christmas 2024 there. The hotel is amazing and provides food around the clock either through their buffets or 24-hour room service which is reasonably priced. And all the staff are excellent. If I return to ES I will only stay there.
