"Well maintained newly built property with direct beach access and secure parking. Nice pool. I would recommend staying in one of the units away from the road. The unit we stayed in was the furthest from the beach and right by the road and we were woken up by barking dogs and street vendors selling produce on megaphones every morning. "

"Obvious that the unit has been used as a rental for a while. Bare necessities provided (toilet paper, towels) but no extra supplies so bring your own. One TV in living room only, none in master bedroom. Good value for the money."

"Check in was easy. Read through everything as most questions we had were answered in a few paragraphs they send before arrival. If you are staying anywhere else, use this as your last stop because nothing else will compare. We stayed in a vrbo in San Miguel and a Hostel in Ataco, this was a great way to end our time in El Salvador. The host is very responsive, it is close to everything. WalMart is less than a mile away, the saviour monument is 2 blocks away. Plenty of street vendors if you are...

"The apartment was very clean and close to supermarkets and other amenities . Everything was good the only complain I have is that for one day we did not have water but the host was in top of that and solve the problem as soon as he could. The music across the street was very loud until 1 or 2 in the morning. Overall we like the apartment and enjoy our stay."

"The stay was excellent. The car is safe in gated community. The pool was clean and not cold. Nice to be right in front of the beach, though my unit was not facing the beach. The culture in that area includes EARLY morning truck vendors passing by blaring the items they were selling...didn't last long. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place. "

"It’s a beautiful apartment.extremely high security making us feel secure. Well equipped for basic necessities. Roberto is very fast to respond any questions or concerns. Bes are super confortable. The view from the balcony and the rooftop it’s breathtaking. The decorations makes you feel you’re home. I appreciate the effort of leaving bottle water, grind coffee and cleaning supplies including laundry soap for us to use. I’ll stay in this place again without any hesitation. Highly recommended. "
