"When we got there it was a little hard to find because of the way the house sits on. But once you get in there it was amazing views plenty of room for everyone. One thing that was very disappointing was the care taker kept going in the back checking up on us stand there for half hour or more doing nothing. "The house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is big and the bedrooms are a good size too. The location is excellent and you have a really nice view of the volcano. Communication with the host is very good. The house is clean and well illuminated. Garage opener is a plus.The only improvement: All bedrooms have AC but not the kitchen/living room area.. and AC is needed throughout the entire house."

"The property was located in a decent area. I had a problem with the location address, but was able to get this resolved through VRBO customer support. The host apologized for the lack of updated info that didn't show up on my end.The bedrooms didn't have closets available; would have liked to hang my clothes on hangers. "I asked the host questions before check-in, but they never answered. After check-in, I sent them another message stating that due to the lack (or no communication), I would not be showing up for my reservation and to cancel or to minimize my days to the minimum (from 6 nights), and nothing happened."

"The home is a two story with no safety guards for children…please be fully aware not all details are on the listing. All rooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does not have a fan. "It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. "

"Had a leak in my room and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately I was in the last room and was not able to be moved so the manager fully refunded my stay which was more than I was hoping for. Extremely happy with the service and restaurant. Also great that they had airport drop off, even at 3 am. "

"This was my first visit at the Fairfield by Marriot San Salvador, and I greatly enjoyed my stay. I had an early arrival at the property in the morning, and was able to get my room immediately- which was very convenient. There is a lot of thought put into the experience for guests; the whole property was neatly decorated, clean, and nicely scented. My room was well put together as well, and the bed was very comfortable. The biggest standout was the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Thank you to the front desk, Ricardo and Jose- who was so friendly and helpful with any questions and providing useful information for our trip. A special thank you to Chef Rafael, who was excited to share Salvadoran cuisine with us, and provided us with many delicious items to try. We look forward to staying here again during a future trip and would recommend this hotel to others as well."

"I really loved this hotel due to it being convenient to restaurants and shops. walking distance to the beach and if you like the night life there are beach clubs that are walkable as well. its not "quiet" on the weekends but that didn't bother me. AC worked well. just one issue... the power shut off here and there however thats expected. other than that, I would visit again!"
