"Service was excellent, rooms and facilities were kept clean. Didn't need to wait to use the facilities. Basic and small but excellent location and friendly helpful staff! First room was noisy as it was on the main road but the window didn't seem to close properly or offer sufficient sound proofing. "

"The interior was very homelike and organized. Everything was very clean and the owner was quite nice. The train station and several convenience stores are also just 5 minutes walks away."

"We stayed in a 4-beds room, all furniture is in good condition. The setting is same as shown. The room has some spaces to open up 2 large suitcases. The washroom and shower room are separate, and towels are provided. I will suggest to add some hooks in the shower room for handing the towels."

"Very convenient and close to Nippombashi station for Kintetsu train or Osaka metro "

"The room was very well-prepared and the owner is kind and helpful, and seems like she has some interesting stories to tell. I was hoping the bar would be a gathering spot for all the guests, but I never saw it open (appears to be by reservation?) That we were encouraged to return by 9 PM was also a bit onerous (given it is 30 minutes from the city centre), but an understandable part of the guesthouse experience."

"Well in the middle of the night someone set off the alarm to the building and we couldnt get a hold of anyone. The QR code was not available at all even during the day time. "

"Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. Towels were super small and the futon super thin you basically sleep on top of the carpet. We have stayed in plenty of futon and tatami hotels in our trip and this one was...

"Booked this a a traditional Japanese experience for my family. Our host was lovely and very attentive giving us cold drinks and cold towels because it was so warm outside. There was a choice of Japanese or Western breakfast. Both were excellent, especially the Japanese which had fish, omelette, noodles and tea. Quiet area but restaurants nearby."

"Everything was great. Shower had a traditional japanese bath and shower setup with a sink just outside to wash in the morning. Several nearby shops for dinner and breakfast and the Tengachaya station is about 10 minute walk and can get you to the Namba area in maybe 20 mins. There are 4 futon beds and a couch on the first floor. The stairs up are about half my foot size so watch out when walking downstairs, and if you're 6ft also on the way up because i hit my head on the ceiling once haha....

"We wanted a place that was cheap and close to areas in Osaka that we wanted to explore. The location was only a 3-5 minute walk to Hanazonocho station so exploring Osaka was a breeze, this also made lugging around our luggage not the worst experience. Great hotel , for a Universal visit and Osaka

"Amazing hotel , best of our two week stay in Japan . The staff were lovely and very helpful in all aspects , from Check in , Concierge, and Cleaning staff . The hotel is super convenient for a Universal visit and much nicer being away from the maddening crowd of Universal City walk hotels . We got a great room facing the Bridge and Ferris wheel light display , with a great ledge to watch it from every night ! Thank you for a great stay for our family , with adjacent rooms , both upgraded , amazing 😻. 7-11 store next door and station straight across the road , one stop to Universal City . We did not get time to visit the Public baths or Rooftop lounge , they looked great ."
