"Arrival and entry was easy, with provided instructions. Condo complex was clean and quiet. 45 steps to the top. The view is well worth it. Basic provisions you would expect are present. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Just three minutes from the historic town center. Nice walking paths right from the complex entrance into town. Linens were 6 out of ten. Kitchen items six out of ten. Furniture was adequate and clean. Climate control was excellent. 300 dollar deposit drawn when you sign"

The stairs getting up to the condo were a little tricky for my young kids and could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. "We came to SW Colorado to do some skiiing at Purgatory, and this vrbo was great! It's a nice midway point if you are planning to spend time in Durango and Purgatory like we did. The kitchen had everything we needed (and some things we forgot). We truly appreciated the little box of hot cocoa after hitting the slopes."

"Loved the location! Literally just steps to everything you could need. Was surprised to see it has a full size stove/oven. Loved hearing the train whistle blow and can see the train as it passes. Management is on top of things. They send out emails to make sure your stay is perfect! Will definitely recommend and plan to return!"

"The unit was stocked! So grateful for the kitchen amenities. Hot tub was great. 2 of the three beds were comfy (mine had a slope to it). It was a comfortable layout and functioned well. We arrived in the dark and it was rainy. It took us 20 min to find our unit. Signage was not great and the complex layout feels a bit random. We experienced two others who were unsure about how to navigate the property layout. Overall, great space and super close to campus!"
