"Great experience! Very clean AND easy to keep clean. Spacious, lots of light and good views. We cook and found the kitchen was excellent! A block off Main Avenue and the great restaurants and coffee shops. Location of apartment is on a service street so there is no noisy traffic. Space for one car off street parking.We had six people over for supper and was comfortable and easy. Plenty of convenient storage space. It was just right for us! (our only 5 star rating for the 2024)"

"We had a very short day. But the house was great. Located really close to the Riverwalk and access to downtown. Lots of nature. We saw deer in the front yard when we arrived, the place was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!"

"Our family of 4 came out for a quick weekend retreat to relax and enjoy Durango’s activities. This house was the perfect location for both downtown restaurants and shops as well as the hot springs. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was roomy and the yard was perfect for letting our dogs out in the cold alone. We will definitely come back!"
