"I was in town to drop my son of at college. We only stayed for 12 hours (mainly to sleep) but this studio was in a beautiful and quiet location. It was clean and comfortable. I felt at home and appreciated all of the environmentally/organic friendly touches. I will be visiting Durango often. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Most of the stay was phenomenal. I would recommend getting in an exterminator, earwigs fell on two different family members, from the ceiling, while watching tv. If we hadn't been mountain people, we may have had to vacate over it."

"Wow, that's my first thought after staying here and the location is just the perfect distance from Durango. Very quiet with a feel of safety and comfort. Our dog also love the fact that he could run around with Tito, so this maybe the place we decide to book all the time, so for sure this place is in my favorite's list and the owners that lived near were very friendly and welcoming so, for sure you will see us again. "We stayed 3 nights at this cozy, tucked - away studio rental just minutes from activities in Durango. Though there are multiple residences and rentals on the property, it was mostly private - feeling and quiet. It was a delight to have morning coffee on the little patio overlooking a beautiful ridge view. All the provided supplies we needed in the kitchen and bath were accessible and there was ample storage space to tuck our own things. We can highly recommend this charming studio."

"Quiet area. Easy access and beautiful neighborhood streets. Place was clean and homey. Property leaves lots of amenities such as individualized dish soaps, laundry pods, hygiene materials, etc. Has a pot coffee maker with filters and coffee, kettle for hot water and a few tea selections, and a key rig but bring your own pods. Bathroom could use more counter space and towel hooks or racks. Bed very comfortable and the gas furnace was perfect for the freezing weather. "
