"Very kind staff, easy walk to London city airport, clean and comfortable room. We only got one towel, might have to ask for a second- but the linens are luxurious. London city DLR was an easy walk as well- no car needed. We walked after dark and felt safe enough between hotel and dlr line. They offer filtered water on the floor- bring your water bottle for this nice perk. I recommend this hotel! Very nice "

"Overall the hotel was an excellent experience. It was close to the train which made traveling into the city easier. It is far out from most London restaurants but again the train being so close made it easy to get around. The staff was always available to assist with anything when needed. The bar however was closed during our stay but luckily the restaurant was open with a bar. "
