"The flat is excellent value for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I also LOVED the location. Woolwich was a revelation - quiet, close to the tube and the Thames, cool coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back. The flat itself could use a bit of TLC to make it perfect, but I am only talking minor things like a coffee table and taking the peeling stickers from the walls.overall though - excellent!"

"We stayed at the property for a family event taking place in Greenwich, the location was convenient for us and it was reasonably priced compared with most other options. It was super clean, we found fresh linen and towels.The only confusion with check in was the key box. It is not on the front of the building but to the side. However communication with the host was quick so easily resolved. We thank you for the stay! "

"We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. Ralph came to our room to show us how to turn on heat if needed and reset water heater so we could get hot water for shower. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit but when one person was showering, the 2nd bathroom could not get any hot water to shower even in the face bowl. "The location made it easy to catch a train to everywhere we needed to go in London with a very short walk. That was very convenient. The apartment fit our family of four well and had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. Grocery stores are close by, which we used to buy what we needed for breakfasts to cook at the apartment, saving us some money. Great communication from the hosts as well. "
