Part Stately Home part boutique hotel this Grade Ii listed building is truly great. "The accomodation provided everything that I needed. The price reflects the budget provisions and dated furniture but I was quite satisfied and comfortable and would go back again. I might bring my own pillow as the pillows were flat and rather hard. "

"Very cosy and warm, steep steps up to room and parking a few minutes walk away. A wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the river Medway. No breakfast inc and it’s not clear reading the other reviews, I think it’s overpriced without breakfast. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. If you are a light sleeper noisy traffic in the background also. The host was friendly. "
