"This was a studio cabin. It is located beside the host’s home. I needed to talk with him about the tv. I could not reach him so I knocked on his door. He was not home. I drove into town to get a connection. I have not had a response. I needed to turn the wifi off to use my devices. No tv not good wifi. Squeaky bed and broken hanging porch chairs mentioned in other reviews were not fixed. No instructions at all for air conditioner nor fireplace or using tv. No phone number was given for host. ....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken’s million dollar house. The room, while small, has everything you need. The location is perfect—close to 2 great golf courses and a short drive or bike ride into downtown Palm Springs. The outdoor amenities are picture perfect. Our Host is amazing. He thought through all the details for a 5 star experience, including special daily treats for us. Thank you!!"

"The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again."

"The location of the cabin allowed a spectacular view and had many perks that entertained the whole family. Park yard pergola that had a tv and heaters was cleverly set up with beautiful landscape. The whole cabin was decorated with a focus on Native American paintings and relics. The garage was set up for entertainment with a ping pong table, bicycles, and sleds for the snow. My family and I had an amazing experience and recommended this cabin for a beautiful getaway."
