"The property was absolutely breathtaking. So many beautiful views throughout and the amenities were great. The rooms were clean, spacious. Would definitely consider returning. The office staff was very sweet as well. We visited the onsite restaurant twice during our stay which had really good drinks, their food was average considering the price point. Staff was kind to both us and our dog, even remembered us from the night before, however restaurant management seemed very overbearing and was a bit on the rude side. "

"The staff that checked us is was very nice and helpful. They escort every guest to their room to ensure they find it easily and their door code works. We stayed in the Poppy room. It was one of the original rooms so old and creaky floors but we felt that made it nostalgic. It was clean, warm, and an easy walk to town either via the main road or a path through the woods. "
