It is just off the main drag in historic Palm Springs with walking access to many restaurants and shopping. Cannot do better than this hotel for the price. Will definitely stay here again, "

"It was relatively inexpensive since it was simply a room in a home. The house was very clean and in good shape. Unfortunately, there was only one bathroom for several of us guests, so at times I had to wait to use it. There was really no service to speak of. We were pretty much on our own."

"I think there’s a reason there aren’t hot tubs in rooms anymore. They stink and make the room humid. This cave seemed fun but is very unloved with broken styrofoam, melted lights in the ceilings, a waterfall that doesn’t work. It was 250 a night and better to stay at pappy and Harriet’s for same price and amazing bed and sheets."

"The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host.
