"It’s always comforting to have a very responsive host and this guy was the best host ever. The place is a little hard to find but he sent pictures with Aroaz and very good instructions so we made it with no problem. The apartment is perfectly clean and has a beautiful view so it was a pleasure to stay here and I highly recommend it."

"First of all, the photos shown and the actual facility were completely different. We were told that we could fit 5 people in the unit but it was small, dirty and cramped. Furthermore, the bathroom was moldy and the shower head was broken. There was used soap (with someone's hair left on it), used toothpaste and dirty towels left for our use. The bedding was stained, the outlet was burnt, the sink had residual food and everything advertised was a lie. For the price we paid we could've stayed at...

"All the staff at hotel are very accommodating. Well spoken (English) and extremely polite.Hotel is in a perfect location for must see sights in the insadong and surrounding areas. Coffee shop and restaurant on backside of hotel are excellent. No need ro second guess this place is Awsome. "
