"Very comfortable and cute! It's winter, but it stays really warm. It can be a little hard to reach the staff sometimes, but you'll figure it out. My only complaint was that it's difficult to get complete darkness in the room to sleep because there are little lights on the electronics. I wore a sleep mask."

"Sunny was great communicator. Provided us very timely and good information. Helped us got the limousine from the airport and to the airport. Three adults with suitcases, limousine was very convenient and her advise not to push lugguage up the hill was spot on. Unit is uphill all the way from Seoul station especially last few hundred feet. Unit could use some some more cups or mugs for tea or coffee.. Seoul station is very large with very few English signs made it very difficult to navigate."

"My daughter & I enjoyed our stay at the Seoul Loft. The management team was great at accommodating our needs. The loft was nice, comfortable and beautiful as in the photos but the 2nd floor loft with the beds was hotter than the main floor even with the AC on, but they got us a fan that helped tremendously. We needed a blender and they found us one. They were very responsive and kind. It’s a great place for someone needing a place to work and enjoy Seoul. The only 2 things I want other travelers...
