Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time. "I have never stayed at a small Adults Only Hotel. WOW. So lovely. Just enough to do, but not the loud entertainment. Food was as expected, nice pasta station. "The entire experience was fantastic! From the facilities to the staff and activities, everything was top-notch. The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful, from the reception to everyone who assisted us throughout our stay. Everything in the room was neat and clean, and the beach was lovely. The animation team truly made our stay memorable; they made the whole experience incredible! I would love to come back here every time I visit Hurghada."

"We had a fantastic stay at Amarina Abu Soma, the assets of the hotel is its staff. I would like to specifically thank the hotel manager for the improvements of the service and standard of the hotel. Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure me and my family ( 10 members) have a great time. Housekeeping ( Mohamed) and kitchen staff went extra miles to make sure your needs are met. Reception staff were superb dealing with our requests, thank you Mohamed and Maryam, you were the best. Special thanks to Mr. Marcos taking a very good care of my kids and making them try new food. Abdullah is one of the best gardeners, we love you so much. "
