"The hotel was decent, and the front desk woman was nice. When I came she had to go help a guest in his room so there was a delay to check-in. There was a man who was walking around, whom she identified as one of the owners. I asked him what the hours of the pool was and he said he didn’t know. I later came and made a remark “that lady asked me the hours of the pool, laughed and said I have no clue”. He was surprised to see me there still. I found it arrogant and ignorant, being an owner does not...

"The pool was down, so I chose that hotel for the pool. I wish I had looked better and seen that you did not have a complimentary breakfast, or I might have gone elsewhere. "

"I will visit this hotel every time I come to this area simply because of the wonderful friendly staff. Cynthia in the breakfast room was one of the sweetest people I've ever met in my life. I will come back there specifically to see her."

"The staff was super helpful and really made our stay great. Shout out to Nikki and Lisa, the others were great as well. They met all our needs and suggested great places for us to bring the kids while in town. The room was clean but the fixtures and bathroom was dated and had some minor issues that need to be addressed."
