"The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, especially the girl with the red hair who seem to be there every time we needed something from the front desk! Grandma, mom, and granddaughter all shared a room with the hot tub which was clean and extremely relaxing! We absolutely loved our stay. It was about 20 minutes from the Concord Mall which was huge and we had a great day shopping."

" When you first come in the front entrance look up in the ceiling and it’s broken is coming down and you can see it as plain as day. The ice machine in the lobby don’t work, but other than that everything else is good."

"The room was clean but out-dated. We didn’t care so much because we were just staying overnight on our road trip down to Florida. But there was definitely a musty smell in the bathroom. The shower worked nice and I really liked that there was full sized Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion in the bathroom. "We had an unexpected stay here due to car problems. The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the staff were so engaged and pleasant. They were particularly nice to my family who had to stay in the lobby for a few hours the next day while that car was being repaired. Would definitely recommend!"
