"Sofa bed not made up on arrival even though booking was for 3 adults. Although this was soon rectified when asked. Also only enough cups for 2 in the room but again, helpful staff sorted this. Lovely, friendly breakfast staff. "

"On arrival given room key which didn’t work call reception lady came to open the door she couldn’t taken to another room her key still didn’t work finally got another key the next day the keys still didn’t work had 3 in total was told that the battery would be changed in the door no one did this , the shower wouldn’t turn off had to call someone to do this, was told over the phone that we’d be able to get snacks but closed on the Friday night all in all not great!!!!"

"Stayed for 3 nights while working in Hull. Friendly and helpful staff at reception at all times. Surprisingly good sleep all nights stayed. Very comfy, cosy bed. Great size shower with good water pressure. Quite. Parking right at the back of the building. Easy to get in and out of the city by car. Yeah, very happy with this stay, would/will definitely stay again."
