"Clean hotel, good atmosphere, but some service to be improved. The 28F breakfast restaurant is perfect. The lobby staffs always serve and smile warmly. The only thing to be solved inside the hotel was no cleaning-room service. When I checked in late at night, there were no bath towels in my room. I stayed for 3 nights, there was no cleaning service automatically. I needed to call for cleaning my room for 3days, but the same sheet was used for 3 days (I could not find any policy and explanation for it). The location is fine while it is around 30 minutes walk from many famous restaurants because the noise is limited."

"The staff were professional and their customer service were exceptional. The hotel is beside the mall making it convenient to pick up snacks. I chose this location as it was close to the Imperial Palace and there were many food options such as Bun Bo Hue. The room was clean and spacious there are no complaints. "

"TMS Hotel was amazing!! From check in to check out, everything was just great!! Really beautiful hotel, resort style & perfect location right across from the beach!! The staff were all so wonderful & polite!! And they welcome you with a delicious drink & a beautiful flower lei!! The room was huge, comfortable bed & really clean & spacious bathroom!! Loved the infinity pool & the roof top deck & also enjoyed really delicious food for dinner at the restaurant/bar!! Walkable location & really everything was just perfect!! Will for sure be back for my next trip to Da Nang!! "

"The Deluxe ocean view suite from the third floor had a large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. We loved our time here at this resort. Food was good. My kids were excited to have their first burger in Vietnam and although expensive it didn’t disappoint. "

"We had the family room with a bunk bed and found this to be the most modern and clean of the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Across the street from the beach. A short drive to restaurants. My kids loved the fun bunk bed feature, I enjoyed the modern, new and clean room and amenities. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Got a daily coffee from the lobby bar – a bit pricey but tasty."
