"Beautiful hotel with a lot of space and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very charming and it is great for children. The shuttle to Hue helps but it was difficult to get a Grab and there are only 2 decent dining options outside the hotel, with 1 only open for dinner. The hotel is great but it is remote and there is nothing nearby, so either book this hotel to spend a lot of time there or plan ahead with their shuttle."

The only thing I would add is a bench for sitting among the beautiful plants and bonsais in the garden area. All 3 gazebos don't have a seating area. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay! "Location Great, many restaurants, massage places, shopping within 2-5 minutes walk. Great river view from room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Particularly Nhu, she recommended and booked excellent hue city tour, fixed TV and refrigerator problems and booked train tickets. Room was quiet, bed comfortable air-condition worked well. No major bathroom issues. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider to stay in future. "
